Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling is free on all orders.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.

Clanmusic accepts most major credit and debit cards. We use the NOCHEX payment system.
Any sensitive information you send to NOCHEX, from your computer to theirr servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. NOCHEX use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign. Your details will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product and find that you have cause to return - you should contact us within seven working days of receiving the goods. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by email or in writing.
Any item returned must be unused complete with ALL the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt.
Returns Postage Costs
If an item is returned for refund all postage costs incurred will remain payable by you.
